Billie Jean, Eternally Curious

The 10-year-old girl had just met Billie Jean King on the grounds of the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells. As was her preference, King had peppered the youngster with questions. How often do you play? Who are you taking lessons from? What do you like about tennis? What’s your best shot? Are you coming to net more? Why not?
Afterwards, the girl was asked if she knew much about King. She certainly did, pointing out how King had greatly helped tennis, including starting the WTA.
